Thank you Mr. Bergman. My point was and is that those who have dismissed thelawsuit as a publicity stunt haven't shown me that they have the first clue what they are talking about. No, I don't monitor lots of threads. Don't have the time. I only became interested in this topic when somebody informed me about the lawsuit, and since I'm a lawyer, I got a little exercised by some posts which betrayed a lack of information. The lawsuit, on its face, does not appear to be frivolous, and would not be summarily dismissed as some have claimed. The "facts" recited in the complaint are of course nothing more than one version of the real facts, but they do state a cause of action that would apppear to justify the case going intothedisclosure and discovery phases. Folks who post irresponsibly should get a good education from this experience. There can be consequences.
