Clearly, his conduct in the sexual matter affected his judgment and his conduct of his job. What were the circumstances of steering the contracts? Were they to buy silence or as a reward for the relationship? Lewinsky and other Clinton bimbos were offered jobs. There was also the matter of the bombing of the Sudanese factory in which 4 members of the security council were excluded from the planning, the involvement of his secretary to arrange his relationships and to cover them up, and the involvement of his cabinet members in propagating false denials.
