Est. Prophet- I have a question. Do you need to know the true indentity of a person to defame them? I find it hard to believe that I could slander a "charcter" on a board, unless I knew his or her true identity. That seems to be one of the necessary elements. For example, if I was visiting a psych. hosptial and one of the patients calls be a lying bastard, I do not think I could initiate a suit because, they had no clue as to my true identity. I am just curious as to what you think.Thanks.
