Hi Jean, this is the other Dennis. Your questions are speculative in nature and since I'm the resident prognosticator, I'll jump in. Lev expressed only a qualified enthusiasm for a double digit stock price. He expressed a concern about shorting. I've speculated on this subject in previous posts and I still say the lack of info is calculated, deliberate, and not a bad thing. FMK, though previously enthused over future PR, suddenly went silent on the subject. Didn't you notice this?

Are we concerned over the exact number of employees? I'm not.

I saw the hint about Seattle, but can draw no conclusions, sorry.

There seems to be a typo in your last; I believe you meant to indicate a date of Jan, 1999. Regards!

J.C.:1) Lev didn't elaborate on who was there but was very, very positive about their reaction & those were his words ('absolutely blown away").
2) Re the shareholder meeting date..That's what I was told as there was still time to change it, supposedly. Personally, I think the logistics of it all would be daunting to make the 1/7 date.
3) He didn't say how many were still in Henderson, but I estimated there were 50 vehicles in their lot which would equate to at least that many in the plant.
4) He said they are definitely going to sell the plant & are looking at all options. He did say the Seattle area has a lot of the technical types & facilities the company will be needing & that there are "several" VLNC techies in Seattle now. In this regard, too, Bill Gates did come out recently & said that Microsoft will be putting up tens of millions of dollars into start up type companies in the near future. However, I don't believe Lev is aware of the extremely high real estate prices & labor costs up here & might look elsewhere....just what we need...more conjecture, huh!!
I hope this helps...
