Why banter around figures like $1 in earnings in 1999? What do you base that on? Get real, delSecur is not going to earn anywhere near $1 in '99. That kind of statement is just what this thread doesn't need unless you can support it with some facts. The highest estimate I have seen is for 22c-24c. I won't bother to comment on what effect that $1 would have - that hype is lame. The Miami project will involve field testing and product development projects and won't mushroom the company's earnings. They expect to do better than break even at worst but not make large profits. China is unlikely to commit to major deployments until they do their own field trials or wait for results from others. This company will develop on a step by step basis. The best thing for investors will be the signing of production agreements and getting the company listed on NASDAQ, which they plan to do next year. They obviously need the contracts and project revenues or a large infusion of capital to get NASDAQ listed.
