After jumping in at the $4.75 level I bailed at $5.10 and haven't been back into the stock for the reasons you mention Claude. My general belief is that the $4.00 was the offer, than Barrick made a statement that they would be prepared to goto $5.50 if all the "ducks were in a row". I don't believe that Barrick realized that ARP would also mention the $5.50 offer at that point, publicly! My impression is that $5.50 is what Barrick was willing to go to.

MOO....I think that the $5.50 might be it.....we'll see! Of course for all of those that would like to disagree with me appreciate that I also stated on this thread that ARP was not worth the $2.25 it was trading at a while back !!<ggggg>
