Michael, could you possibly have missed my point? To reiterate, it was that the phrasing in most polls contains obvious or not-so-obvious bias. Generally, the questions are loaded, in other words. Hence, polls do not necessarily give an accurate picture of what the public actually thinks on one issue or another. jbe

Where are your socialist friends? Did they miss another cruise liner taking off from the harbor because they were so busy looking for another program to "help the people"? Well Mr conservative where do you live may I ask. I live in Silicon Valley as do the other active liberals on this thread. In fact, Northern California and SF in particular is known to be one of the most liberal geographic areas of the country (if not the most) as is Washington state. So you bible belters out there - whats up with the internet revolution HUH? When is a high tech powerhouse going to come out of one of the Carolinas?...... Im waiting........ oh, maybe you were too busy peeping into your neighbors bedroom I suppose PS I know you arent in the bible belt Im just using it as an example
