Here's some news: Strathmore Resources Ltd - Strathmore arranges 526,316 unit private placement Strathmore Resources Ltd SMR Shares issued 7,754,498 1998-12-29 close $0.5 Wednesday Dec 30 1998 Mr. Dev. Randhawa reports The company has arranged a brokered private placement of a minimum of 526,316 to a maximum of 3,947,369 units at 38 cents for a total of $200,000 to $1,500,000. Each unit will consist of one share and a warrant exercisable at 38 cents in the first year and at 43 cents in the second year. A commission of 7.5 per cent will be payable in cash and/or units.
