browser, I must say I find it amusing that those who are against impeachment rail against the fact that the vote for is along party lines, but don't mention that the vote against is also. I find the fact that Mr. Clinton chose to violate the oath he took when testifying. That oath is one of the significant things that makes our court system work. Perhaps you think we should change the oath to "Do you swear to tell the truth, most of the truth, as long as you think it relevant?". It does not matter what he lied about, it is the fact that he lied under oath. To palm it off as insignificant weakens the entire structure of our court system, and sends the message that it's ok to lie if you want to do so in a court proceeding.
