I must admit that I'd rather see the SEC go after spideypugsmart and friends than see civil action. Too much potential for abuse (see also the recent history of PHV and the Does). It would be interesting to read the transcript of Spidey's discovery. A good defence for many of his most blatant lies would be " me no comprend english very good no" and then explain that it was all a misunderstanding of the meaning or the words he used (actually our Prime Minister is pretty effective with that strategy). How interesting if Spidey turns out to be fluently unilingual english?? He is certainly not french, nib nib.
