why someone hasnt picked up the phone and asked tom, point blank, is beyond me ******************************** jp, I did. Last week after I found out about the SEC requirement. His answer to me is that a 10Q will be filed. I just don't have confidence that it will be done. Tom has told me other promises that have never come to pass. Until I see something in writing I will believe nothing. We just have to wait and see. I think most of us already know the answer. Larry
