Your statement is not true: "Most people would not take the risk.."

This is absolutely untrue! Lying is so common in our country.
Prime example: Divorce Court

People lie all of the time, they lie everyday, to everyone
and to themselves. They don't look at it as risk, they
look at it as their lifestyle.

They didn't allow him to admit it in court.They insisted on a convoluted definition of sex and demanded he answer it. They refused to ask him a direct question about specific activity. We never got to find out if in fact he was going to lie under oath about it. Be fair.
