The obvious answer is, short DELL.

It's tripled over the last year and stands to lose the most by a total collapse in the computer market.

But am I going to do it? Only as an imaginary academic exercise. There is too much insanity out there.

After all, we are not even close to tulip bulbs or South Sea mania yet.

Ramsey, They are having a rough day today as a bit of reality has crept into the pc market. The Xmas lies have slowed to a trickle. But I expect a few more from MUEI, Gateway and Compaq, and if that gives us a pop, buy puts on CPQ, GTW and Dell. Dell will be the biggest winner when it hits the wall, which I expect to be sometime next year.
