By 2012, the cash flow goes into deficit. But, there's all that surplus that's been building up. Yes, it's just an IOU. So what? Republicans liked it just fine when the SS "surplus" was reducing the Reagan-era deficit.

Uh Les, I'm unemployed but when I scratch up a buck SS takes 15.7% of it now. That's 15.7% of every nickel I make that won't come back to me in any form. Now if I was into being violated I would say yipee for the dems.
