Glenn, Japan failure interesting. Keep eye on ins. co's -they own 25% of stock mkt. I posted a long whil back on this thread the link btwn Japan, US, etc via ins co's in Japan.

If ins co's start to go under, cud be run on bank and further flight to qulaity - US$ - and further decling in japanese stk mkt. us bnk stocks (int'l ones) will take a hit. etc etc
