Actually I have no idea where that question came from. Curious I guess. Which reminds me...

According to what I've read, when a company issues warrants the exercise price is usually set 10-30% above the share price on the day the warrants are issued. If this is true, why do some gold/mining companies issue warrants with exercise prices set at the same price the shares are currently trading at?

Example: TKI issued warrants @ 17 cents, the share price that day was 17 cents.
