EN,
We have such a different standard for accepting evidence. You have not seen evolution yet you insist it works. You have read some books and decided to believe it. That was not a decision based on knowledge but faith in the writer or scientists that produced it. You have great faith in that respect. Now because a few people wrote a book based on some research they attempted say there is no out of body experiences, you believe it. But it's important to note you only believe it because it fits what you want to believe. I know what they wrote is not true, I have experienced it and so has my sister. It had nothing to do with any physical problem at the time because I was walking down the street in perfect health, fully awake. Lot's of people have done it. Some monks do it.

<<Bob, you missed the point. Accepting the truth of the set of myths about the world and the origin of life-- myths in which Jesus is a rather late participant-->>

There is a lot of knowledge in the bible. For example, Jesus was with God before the foundation of the world. He was there at every step of creation. The bible tells us that. Jesus is there throughout the whole old testament. He is not a late comer. He only came in the flesh to us at a certain time, but He has existed throughout time and before time.

God will have to reveal Himself to you before you will believe. If He is true do you want to meet Him and know the truth? It would cost you nothing to sincerely want to know the truth except maybe forgiving those that tormented you so long ago. If they only knew the harm they did I'm sure they would be ashamed. At least they should be.

Bob
