i agree with tony, believe it or not. one o murphy's worst mistakes was advising subscribers to completely avoid internet stocks for past several years. to the best of my knowledge, he never rec'd any ISP (uunt, psix, aol etc) nor NSCP nor portals etc. This goes back to when they were very cheap (spring of 96?).

but i disagree with tony and those who compleetely dismiss him. he knows more than most about the various technologies, market sectors and he has good staff people following bio's. he has been way to early on many but, in general, his detailed analyses of their science are very helpful.

ps. i think tony bought ino murphy's AMLN rec. and got burned.

<If Murphy is so bad why is he so often quoted. And, how does he stay in business. Is it possible that he is just premature regarding biotechs?? Several of his tech stocks are running the way he predicted.>

My opinion as well... this guy sticks his neck WAY OUT there... look at the research at the big houses... so convoluted, and so many stories its easy to white wash your bad picks. Remember, the whole biotech bunch is totally disregarded... is WS correct in doing this (like they have been so far)??? All we can do is place your bets and stay tuned IMO.
