Robert I think if push came to shove with a proxy vote you are right, about these guys issuing themselves more shares. But on the other hand this clearly shows they have no intention of going for a small cap listing any time soon... see if you review the small cap qualifications, you will see that there are provisions stating that insiders can only hold a certain amount of percentage of the float. Looks to me like Floyd and Brad need the threat of issuing more shares to themselves in order to stave off a proxy vote... (job security) but then again it also shows this is another reason there is NO WAY they will be qualified for the NASD small cap board any time soon. KAA

IMO EUTRO has broken no laws. I am not sure if I agree with you there or not, but I agree with the rest of your post. I would like to see concrete evidence of the IVY club deal, as I am not convinced that it was ever for real. I think the company should have to prove that what they put out in that news release was true and factual, and not some attempt to run the stock (again) on a good news release. Along the same lines, how much of what they have said in any release is actually true? If they put out a false news release, they have broken the law. Just my opinion, and I am not holding my breath for these dirtbags to prove anything. I just think that if it were true and they weren't scumbags, they would be jumping through hoops to prove it since their credibility has been so badly damaged. Binder
