You are right about the GENERAL SMALL CAP MARKET, however, there are exceptions to every rule, eg, ARP,SOG, KOB, TRR, and so on. JABA ran up to .50, predicated on a new MM becoming involved. When it didnt work out, they DUMPED there position and moved on. I agree whole heartedly, that this Co. has potential, but until the Co. balances the other side of the equation, it will remain down at this level, As a matter of fact the first person to agree with me is probably, JAMES ALEXANDER!
