Druss: you never had a dull moment at home!!!! 'recipes from hell', i love that :-) one of my first cooking experiences was to boil eggs for egg salad i put a dozen eggs in a pot of water, turned the stove on high a friend came over, wanted to do something and i immediately forgot the eggs and left when i got back, the water had boiled away. the eggs heated up to such an intense heat, they exploded all over the kitchen, leaving a stench that was never quite eliminated. odd too, how prolonged heat can twist a pan! julia child, better known as foxy
