Bill Clinton probably won't resign or admit that he lied. I don't think that by admitting that he lied would change anyone's mind concerning their decision about his guilt anyway. He probably thinks that too: "so why should he" are probably his thoughts.
IMO the process of impeachment will do no good for our country, it will probably be bad for nearly everyone. The public majority doesn't want to have this process drawn out, and most probably this impeachment process will not come to a satisfactory resolution for anyone.

IMO the best thing do do now is to merely drop this whole process and have the politicians get back to the business for which they were elected.
