I look at overseas markets, as you do. At times, like a hawk. Like on the first wave of asian contagion, I was all over the asian indexes every night. It seems to me that a year or so ago, we took our cues from the asian markets. mostly these days, they are either independant of us or take their cues from us.

but i don't take it very seriously. just like looking up the nfl scores.

Hey Coby, the tea leaves point to a higher open this morning. Yesterday I was in there buying cef's and dbrsy because they were down. Today, I will be looking over adding to puts especially high tech as nasdaq futures are up strongly. Leaning against the wind: buy longs on down days and buy puts on up days.

How is your portfolio doing in this string of down days? Are you making any adjustments here?
