Last I knew pork prices were heavily subsidized and imports to Europe under heavy tarriffs.

vicious cycle re hogs..that article pointed out how farmers had to sell their hogs at whatever price because it costs them too much to feed them..
sounds as if our government might not let this happen in oil sector..
talk of buying back a ton for reserves..last time if I remember when the price of oil was going up..government announced they were selling their reserves..DOES IT EVER STOP?
now I understand why there are economic cycles..too much meddling
Question:how many jobs do you think advent of internet being popular have been created? Do you think those jobs would have been created without Greenspan and Central Bankers monkeying around?
still think our government wants gold to rally..if just to help deflate market a bit..where are the profits coming to support the high pes of the Dow..
