That's the whole thing TG. The lines are drawn.
But we will have to go through all this Bull and
we'll have the same outcome.

Slap his hand and give him a fine and let's get
over it.

In the mean time. I would like to be prepared to
short at any time. :^)

Amigos y amigas

well, I guess I should throw in my thoughts on the Clinton ordeal. this will hopefully be my one and only post regarding the subject

What worries me most with the entire process is the affect it will have on Gen X and Y. Do we want to send a message to the young people in America and the world that if you are powerful enough you can LIE under oath and have no dire consequences occur? I don't think so

Another worry is do we want to have a President impeached because he did not want his family to be hurt or he was simply to chicken to stand up to the truth? I feel his main motivation was self serving but, he probably had saving his family as a rationale for his reasoning so I will give him that one too. I don't think lying to save your family is a reason for impeachment.

Is he a hard working president? Yes

Well, I could go deeper but, hey, it just doesn't matter because...

The president will be fined heavily, breaking him financially. Then upon leaving office he will be brought to trial for his perjury. This solves the dilema of setting an example for our younger generations as well as allow a hard working president to finish his term.

The only way that I can think of for the Republicans to win this impeachment thing outright is to make a number of back-room deals. However, conspiracy theories rarely pan out.

Irregardless, they better have some sort of plan once this gets past the House. I just hope that they're not doing this just to embarass Clinton further.
