Skeeter, with respect to Vitamin E, "natural" and "bio" are just sales hype, the important thing is the amount of d-alpha-tocopherol. It's on the label, usually in small print. This information, by the way, comes from Goodman&Gilman's "Pharmacological Basis of Therapeutics," and Munson's "Principles of Pharmacology." Research has proved that Vitamin E is essential, and I believe the recommended dose to help prevent heart disease is 400 IU of d-alpha-tocopherol, an amount almost impossible to get in one's diet.
