The QP approach as I have seen it is an "open forum" approach which is why Gary posts here regularly. It has its limitations which you have mentioned. The benefit to the users is that those who chose to beta test each build- and I believe we have an open invitation on the next one as we have had many times before- give direct input to the programmers who in turn use and enhance the package- Who in my wildest dreams would put StochRSI- my favorite indicator in the simplistic charting program we have. Not TC 2000- Not even MetaStock or WOW- we had to build our own indicator for StochRSI in just about every s/w package- yet it is written about by Chande- mentioned in several TA books. How did this come about- Not because Gary uses StochRSI- but because we the "volunteer" beta testers of each build chose to give input and because QP listened. This is outstanding. Now the problem you and I may have is that we know too much. We are in essence a users group who knows every twist of the path. Bill Gates doesn't tell us what he goes through but I guarantee in Internet Explorer- they changed the builds hundreds of times even on a daily basis as they figured out what Netscape was doing or where the Internet was going. Get is constantly changing what they will include in the next build. It is hard work- Heck their Windows S/w still is not even close in capabilities to many of the DOS features. let me get off my soapbox. I have great admiration for QP's willingness ot listen. That is what makes them great. It does carry with it some negatives with which we live. gone- zongo
