Dixie:
Here is an idea I had a few weeks ago that I wanted to pass along to you and the thread (and the management at TSIG if you all like the idea):
The MusicCard-Plus
For $20, you get your choice of any CD plus the right to buy 19 more CD's at $10.99 or less.

Basically, this is combining a music card and a gift certificate for the first CD. I have wanted to give Music Cards as gift, but I'd feel sort of cheap--after all, the recipient doesn't get anything other than the right to buy 20 CD's at a company whose stock I own (appearing self-serving). My usual minimal gift price is $20, so a combination would be a very nice option. Plus, it would be easily marketable: For only $4 more than a regularly priced CD, you get your choice of any CD plus the right to purchase 19 more CD's for 10.99 or less. I know I would more likely buy a Music Card-Plus than a Music Card for myself.

Also, when someone is buying a CD at the site without a music card, have a notice come up on the screen: "You are buying one CD for $16.99. For $3 more, you can ensure the right to purchase 19 more CD's of your choice at $10.99 or less by purchasing a MusicCard-Plus. If you want to purchase a Music-Card-Plus, click here. For more information on the MusicCard-Plus, click here." Many would accept the offer, and therefore by locked in future customers of CCI.

Just sharing an idea. If you don't like it, be merciful.

I don't know if anyone else likes this idea, but if were incorporated, I'd buy quite a few.
