Jim, Thanks for the reminder on USU Jan 24th date. When you first brought USU up on the value thread you mentioned the point that management won't want to make things look good until then. I don't know that they've gone out of their way to make this look ugly, but it looks like your crystal ball called it. BTW, when I first read the Morgan Stanley analysis several months ago I only half jokingly wondered if you were the ghost writer?? You both seem to be on identical pages on this one. I haven't seen the most recent analysis but will watch for it. (I only get them as hand-me-downs from my boss, and sometimes it's a while before he's done with them.) Shane
