Andy,
Some how, I kind of remember that when QP2 was in the beta stage, that there was not all that much open talk about the possible problems. Maybe I am just remembering wrong (it happens as you get older).

I remember about 600 messges of open discussion on the QP2 beta list and a few thousand posts here. Dunno what you were referring Too. Gary unforunately did't participate in all these discussions but certainly many of them. Its standard policy most places to keep beta users under NDA. Where most companies fail is that they don't let beta users communicate among themselves their problems as way to faciliate lower impact for beta users.

I gotta tell ya, Webb, any problems I've run into with the most recent beta were minor -- not bugs, not even midges, smaller than noseeums. The other night, there was a page fault with the download (the first page fault I've seen with the program in ages). The problem took all of 30 seconds to correct, by running QP Proc.exe. I'd gladly endure problems like that for new features, new indicators. We're gonna make a beta tester out of you yet, Webb. You're fast becoming one of the scan-meisters on this thread, and you're going to want the latest version, to try out the new tools. Yup -- I see it coming: Webb the beta tester. The only thing that might make beta testing more enjoyable is getting paid by the hour by Gary. I'd suggest $200 an hour, with an expense account. But considering how QP2 has affected my trading, I should be paying Gary by the hour.
