John, What about the UCC 2-203 unconsionablilty standards? This is the specific item you referred to (I think) in your earlier post. U.C.C. - ARTICLE 2 - SALES ..PART 2. FORM, FORMATION AND READJUSTMENT OF CONTRACT § 2-203. Seals Inoperative.
