I don't know. Can this be confirmed with rig names?
The relief well rig should be all on location now.
Has someone seen trucks hauling rig components to the immediate area?

This would indicate that the oil companies know something we don't.
It would be very significant (conclusive, even) if they are drilling 3 wells at once.
