So form over substance? An 'argument' which supposedly derives its rationale from the study of grammar, spelling and syntax isn't an argument at all -its a dodge. The Republicans have called this type of argument "legal hair-splitting". It is this very type of exercise in "rhetoric" which has apparently bored you.
