Addi, thanks for your response. My point was that when a citizen raises his or her hand and places the other on a Bible, then swears to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth under penalty of law, said citizen is subject to penalty if he lies. Clinton's crime was a crime against our system of justice, regardless of the underlying subject matter. Jones civil rights were violated by Clinton's false testimony. He knowingly denied a litigant due process in a court ordered proceeding.
