Jim, Sure! How do you get $1996? I pulled my figures right off the Dell web site, what are you doing for the lower price? Did they give you your own 'Premier' page?? As I said, I could not find the time period for onsite service for CPQ, but I'll check the price/terms out. I doubt it is $199, that would most likely be for the entire three years. It seems to me that even if onsite is 99 bucks, we have a hundred dollar difference. Also, did you notice the lease prices? Are there any gotchas in the small print? If not, the CPQ is 7 bucks/month cheaper, comes out to a couple hundred over the term of the lease.... Go Dell!! John
