<< this thread is a bad scene.>>

Thomas, this thread might be a bad scene in your eyes, but at least it's not populated by a bunch of pompous, boring, humourless Allan Greenspan's in training like your pals on the Gold Price thread.

Also, how can you equate the quality of a thread's posts with the quality of the company. Winspear management has no connection with the Winspear thread whatsoever.

Winspear has done a fantastic job setting about proving up what could be a multi-billion dollar resource... Most other companies would have abandoned Snap Lake when a pipe wasn't found (Aber???). Winspear management thought laterally and decided to follow up on the dyke system.

Posters on this thread are speculators, investors, flippers, shorters, shillers, detractors...etc. Many of them might not be as erudite and polished as your gold bug buddies; but they have all added something to what is fast becoming one of Canada's most followed mining stories. You have insulted us all.

And whether the shorters or the shillers get "smoked", each and every one of them knows the risks.

Investing in gold has "smoked" alot of people over the past 18 months.

etc.

Anybody catch the arp conference call #reply-7284932 ? ... missed it by minutes, sure would like to hear what they had to say. Looks like the market likes it so far.

You're right about the thread, tom, but imho it doesn't matter all that much, since it was always a bit of a zoo, a bunch of goofs whooping it up. We just happen to have a common interest in the stock, that's all. I really don't think the stock is thread-driven at all - quite the opposite much of the time, for instance when it took off in June the mood was pretty bleak around here.

And back in the old posts by threaders like Walt and George and Sudhir and others there is quite a lot of information and good common sense. Everybody has their own style - me, I listen to almost all but heed few. Yes, I do think there's likely a mine coming at Snap Lake and for that reason hold the stock - BUT I sure hope nobody ever makes a trading decision based on that statement.

I'm about 1500 posts and at least one news release behind here, it'll take some time to catch up ....... cheers, all ..... go wsp, go arp .... macros
