ProNetLink(R) Announces the Expansion of its Website with New
Communication Technology provided by Click! On Line

PR Newswire - December 14, 1998 07:15

NEW YORK, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- ProNetLink (OTC Bulletin Board: PNLK), pronetlink.com, the Webtool(SM),
a Internet Directory specializing in global trade, announced today that an agreement was signed with Click! On Line Ltd. Israel, (OTC
Bulletin Board: STEN) by which Click! will develop a portal module for inclusion in the ProNetLink Webtool(SM). This agreement
comes partly as a result of the meetings that ProNetLink recently had in the Middle East during its marketing mission there. Click! will
develop this communications module as part of an expanding development team that is being assembled by ProNetLink. Rare
Medium, Inc. (http://www.raremedium.com) will remain the lead developer on the overall project to insure that all modules work in
harmony.

By incorporating their state-of-the-art communication technology, Click! will produce a custom personalization module for
ProNetLink. This module will provide PNL members with the ability to customize their version of ProNetLink so that it displays
initially only the information that they are looking for as soon as they sign on. There are also discussions taking place as to ways to
deliver this variable data information to members without them having to sign on to the ProNetLink site at all.

Members will have the opportunity of customizing their own private page with items such as market and financial information as well as
a Personalized Virtual office that will allow the member to showcase his or her company. This page will be more than a virtual business
card by allowing users to show pictures, catalogs and price lists.

A member's personal portal may include Tools for on line and off line meetings that will make this personalization module very
interactive. Other items may include News headlines; trade leads; stock ticker; World clock; PNL's Web news; Address book (ICQ
style user list); Templates for quick personal use and Time manager for on line activities.

"We are working to make ProNetLink very customizable by the member," said Jean Pierre Collardeau, President of ProNetLink.
"Unlike other websites, where you have to drill down for hours to find the information you are looking for, ProNetLink will allow
members to program the site to give them what they need ... when they need it."

On Line Meeting Rooms, will be built for one-on-one meetings as well as an on-line multi-user meeting or lecture. Users will be able to
join or open rooms to start a meeting. This version should be released within 90 days.

Now, with that news coming from ProNetLink, anyone who doubted tha technological capacities of Click will have to revise.
My only revision is a higher Price today.
Websites are expanding at the sound of speed. They are all more and more competing between themselves to offer better products, better technology, better everything.
WE HAVE THE COMPANY THAT WILL PROVIDE THEM WITH THAT.
Click will be able to upgrade many sites with their technology.
Rare Medium, is the first to learn the Click technology. Do you know of any developer accepting another for a joint development. Especially one like Rare Medium?
It's great great great.
Right on target guys.
