THE MAGNITUDE OF THE DAYTON SUIT:

Ok gang one last visit on the eve of our long awaited Chilean court decision. A couple of quick points from the angle of if Medinah wins:
(oh but wait how was everyone's Crawfish Frazier. Mine was simply awesome. hint: use two boxes of corn bread mix, gives ya more juice!)

ok where were we ...oh ok!, 1) One of the most damaging is the US/Canadian suits, a win in Chile makes these a cake walk. We all know the magnitude of this...really gives Medinah big time leverage, and forces Dayton to deal with Medinah. Not bad for a small BB company huh?...David vs. Goliath...Medinah would have all the cards...
2) Creditability, don't you think the winning the lawsuit gives the "boyz" some creditability. If they were not lying about Andacollo, then maybe they are not lying about Santiago and everythng else...
3) Compensation for the tailings & bulldozer would mean $$$ to pay bills but more importantly retire some CHEAP shares.
4) Dayton's bankruptcy...IMO a possible scenario..do we end up owing some or all of the mine, would that be a kicker..lol!
5) These cases all rolled into one, are about mining law. About " matters of law". This decision culminates the + secen years of litigation dating back between Dayton & Chevron. The decision itself is non appealable. There only retort is to claim the "legal process/ matters of law" where not followed. In this 1 hour audience with the court they would have to prove this. WHAT IS THIS CASE ABOUT...??? HELLOoooooooo, These cases are about Chilean Mining Law. Do you think the professor of mining law will know what to argue. Geez its almost too hilarious....Maybe Dayton should have made sure counsel were Chilean schooled as vs. Harrrrrvard..(just MO).
6) last but not least does anyone know where the site of the original mine was located...lol!!! do your DD , LOL!!!!!

its monday a.m., put the trash cans out and don't forget to reg those shares....have a great week, I'm off to shop with the wife !!!

:-)
