About the stock options scheme: although MSFT is the pioneer for this kind scheme, hasn't it already become a common practice for most of companies? So what will be the consequences to dismantle this scheme? I read an article by the previous CFO of MSFT on their company's stock options about 2 years ago, and it basically said the same thing as this letter.

Thank you for the link.
