If one uses the speeding metaphor, how many times can one speed at 65 miles an hour in front of the police car before he will ticket you?

I know what you're saying Les. A state trooper told me out of uniform, ".. just keep it under 70 and we won't pull you over." Boy, I'd like to have that in writing. <g>

If we're to continue this analogy... isn't the careful driver who does 65-70 exceeding the legal limit just as illegal and guilty as the drunk driver, the hit and run driver, the driver who cuts people off? We should just disable cars so they can't go faster than the speed limit. Put a governor on the engine and test it every emissions visit. Wouldn't that be the solution.
