jmt, thanks for your thoughts, you have some good points. As I mentioned before, the uncertain liab. associated with legal actions are a certain risk and this is why I believe stock is below cash value. Risk associated with non-compliant lending is very small which is why I would nearly completely discount. However, big money and smart money are not always the same. Often times big money is not quick to move on stock like this because of risk and embarrassment of being wrong. I have personnally been quicker than big money on stocks like this many times. Although admittedly I have also been wrong. Big money moves slow much of the time.
