Technically, there isn't a sell on INTC until 104 - this is on the two box chart. On the three box chart, it has reversed three boxes after a 15 box run up.
If you entered INTC specifically for a trade and to take advantage of the recent run, taking profits here is good. However, the chart has not given an official sell signal and the RS is in X's. The sector is extended at 80% but again, no obvious signs of problems yet for INTC.
If you take profits don't hate your self if the stock continues to move up after things settle here.

My wrap up:
Selling here to close a trade I can understand
Selling here to close a long term hold doesn't seem warranted. Sell calls against position instead (for instance).
