Moez, Good Morning.
From looking at the chart on TEIM--I see that the stock has hit $0.15 on several occassion without breaking through. I use to be a trader many many years ago and had proprietary software made for myself and my clients in terms of pennies especially. The stock traded intra day about 2 weeks ago @ $0.17. If the company does complete their spin off or any other revenue generated endeavor's--$0.15 is the technical point in which the momentum would have to carry it through.

Moez, I hold a lot of shares in BETT, and my belief in it is almost the same as with TEIM. Besides, TEIM has been higher than Bett, and if a successful spin-off is completed--just like anything else, it could go higher.
