Has anyone found out how NPCT's float became so inflated, to over 9 million shares of the current outstanding share count? Wasn't it supposed to be less than a million, prior to the sale of 144 shares by two insiders during the last two quarters? Certainly the SEC registrations (for these 144 shares) don't account for an extra 7-8 million shares.

A stock with a float of less than a million, is decidedly more attractive than a stock with a float of 9 million, all other facts being the same. NPCT was positioned as a stock with a tiny float.......and therefore an attractive prospect, from a purely speculative standpoint. How did we get to a 9 million share float all of a sudden?

Copied from the very first post on Raging Bull's NPCT board. Notice float estimate = "Public Float: 721,863 (company estimated)"
