Some buying this a.m. - in blocks of ~2500. Except in one instance, probably from individuals. But the stock drifts lower. IMO many potential buyers are waiting for an end to this downdrift before coming in. Look for a "hammer": a quick drop and then a quick intraday recovery. It could be any day -even today. Then we'll see a steady but quick rise to ~9.5 by the time earnings are announced sometime in January. All IMHO BTW is there any announcement yet of the earnings release?
