From reading the posts and press releases, the general consensus on the street seems to be forming that MTC is well priced and a better bargain than others in its group. That should bode well for the stock to increase in the next few months, IMHO. There should be a move when the company announces which assets will be sold--of course the direction could be determined by which assets are chosen, but presumably management will make the correct decisions.
