cb, i too have tried lots of supplements - especially for relief of my nerve trauma - which surgery eventually corrected. however, i never really noticed anything. i'm on a diet known as the zone and do love it. i'm 5'11 and 165 lbs. i don't need a diet to lose weight (in fact, i want to gain 10 lbs of muscle as i play b-ball with 200++++ lbers 2 or 3 times a week and they make rats run away from rat ball ;-)

it does a great job of controlling my blood sugar and, therefore, my mental energy levels. the feeling of well being is awsome for me. i have trouble eating all the food i should b/c it is so much. i HIGHLY recommend it.

check it out, if interested, at
