Another possible scenario as to why CC changed its agreement: What if Lev had another financier in place to take over and gave CC a chance to stay on line by meeting or beating the new deal? I don't know whether that could have been done but if it could it may explain the change and would not necessarily mean there won't be a contract announcement soon. As another poster said the death of the death spiral potential may make an OEM more comfortable making a long term commitment to Valence.
