A few facts you might want to know about KTEL. 8.3 Mil. sh. O/S, of which only 1,895,720 are freely trading. This fact makes it extremely hard to borrow the stock. You might be told its OK to shorted, by the brokerage firm, only to be bought in on settlement day. I've been there...I learned the hard way. I only shorted for a 3 day period max. Wechsler Harwood Hablebian & Feffer LLP, the law firm suing KTELreport that insiders control over 40% of the company. They have also lent money to the company, which is threatened,ergo the manipulation.
