Of course, I'd say don't buy either one. :)

However, if you must throw your money away... I'd buy which ever one you expect to keep the goodies if the deal falls through, which is what I expect to happen.

I don't think it's necessarly a slam-dunk that ZULU will get to keep their goodies.
